Registration

Please register yourself or a group with this form by 12.3.2017.

The Westermarck Society membership fee for year 2017 is to be paid when registering for the event. You can become a member of the Westermarck Society by paying the membership fee when registering for the event.

If you register a group please note that the members of the group can change their information and pay the membership fee through the “Edit your information” link on their personal confirmation that they’ve received by e-mail.

Payment:
The participation fee(s) and eventual membership fee is to be paid when registering for the event. The payment is to be made either with credit card or by using PayPal or online banking (no additional charges). You can also choose invoicing as your payment method, in which case an invoicing fee of 20 euros (VAT 0 %) will be added to the sum total. If members of a group are registered with the same form, the invoicing fee will be added only once to the collective invoice. NB! Invoicing and online banking are available only for Finnish participants from Finnish organizations.

The invoice is sent automatically from the system after completing the registration.

Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary 20 euros (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.

NB! UTA Staff member: Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have information at hand on cost unit or project number for internal transfer procedure of the registration fee.

Cancellation policy:
For cancellations received by 12.3.2017, the paid registration fees will be refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by e-mail to utaconferences@uta.fi.

  • Student, member of the Westermarck Society: 0€
  • Student, non-member of the Westermarck Society: 25€
  • Doctoral student, member of the Westermarck Society: 25€
  • Doctoral student, non-member of the Westermarck Society: 85€
  • Member of the Westermarck Society (non-student): 30€
  • Other than mentioned above: 110€
